And you can plant well into the winter months as well.also try out hydroponic systems with a solar self watering system it's clean .quicker. and soilles.

I pulled the leaves that had the bugs on them and exterminated them underfoot. Blossoms are starting to form on my potato plants. My early girl variety tomatoes are coming along nicely.  They're grape sized so far.  Only two apples are on my two Jonathan apple trees. Most of the apple blossoms fell off in a late frost.  Huckleberries are now ripe, growing wild around my cabin. I hope to get as many as I can before the bears do. Hot and humid here too in the deep, dark forest of Northern Michigan, U.S.A.

Here in Australia, when we have a long dry, hot spell, it's always followed by a storm, including hail. Last year I had to have the roof of my car cut off and renewed it was that that badly damaged by hailstones. Wish I could grow veggies. I only have to look at a plant and it instantly dies. Except the weeds of course.
