Well… I guess they don’t give AF about these forest fires and California
They where doing this in the 60's during the Vietnam War to deliberately extend the monsoon season to cause landslides and wash out river crossings.
60 years later they show this [by now] archaic technology. One can only wonder what's been developed in the years between. If they can make it rain I'd put money on it that they can do the opposite. What are they really using H.A.A.R.P for I wonder?

Silver iodide IS toxic, interestingly the other chemical used in cloud seeding is carbon dioxide.

I actually saw this in action today and the rain traveled all the way across 50 miles in 10 minutes lol that was tense

We are in a drought with days of black moisture laden clouds full of potential for rain but it never falls ! How come it's not being seeded if we are in an extreme drought ? Liars !
