We are aware of the following errors in the video, huge thanks to the folks who pointed them out: The dates for Hurricane Katrina shown are correct, but wrong in our audio. Also, in #3, we showed footage from a different typhoon also called Nina. Apologies from the team.
Yeah, move to balngedesh if you want your house to be destroyed.
Typoon tip
EL RENO IN OKLAHOME I WAS THERE
EL RENO WAS THE BIGGEST TORNADO IN HISTORY
POOR BANGLADESH! It's been beat up by at least 3 to 4 entries on this list, including the #1 spot!
AYYYY I SAW BANGLADESH WHERE I LIVE
Why donโt u just say top 20 hurricanes? I wanted more tornadoes!
Democrats are the worst storm to destroy USA.
They want a snow storm, look up the 1978 Blizzard.
I swear, mother nature has a map of the United States and she throws a dart and wherever the dart hits, she sends her kids down to play( make some damage and kill people). Nature needs to leave us people alone

I am the 1000 comment
All the Katrina facts are incorrect. Even the date.
2 things you missed, 1 that I want to mention. I think you missed the Joplin tornado, and the Childrenโs Blizzard. I was holding out hope for the EF-4 2015 Rochelle-Fairdale tornado as I am from Rochelle. It leveled a few houses and only killed 2 people, so I didnโt really expect it.
Katrina belongs at the top of the list

I was 11 years old when hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans I remember hearing so much about it that was number one story in America for a while at that time and when hurricane Rita came afterwards calling it Katrina's child
No mention for Hurricane Dorian? That monster practically leveled the entire Bahamas

Your Photoshop skills are amazing to select a whole rollercoaster and sink it into the sea for a ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ต๐๐บ๐ฏ๐ป๐ฎ๐ถ๐น. INCREDIBLE
I was waiting for sharknado! ๐
Hurricane Ida
Why is Sandy so low on the list? It should have been much higher!
Wow
I remember when Hurricane Sandy struck when I was 12. However, my electricity went back on after a second and no damage occurred in my apartment. It wasn't until I was 19 when I saw the actual damage done.
Could u cover 3 different deadly tornadoes..the Moore Oklahoma tornado, the Joplin missouri tornado. And the tri state tornado( twilight twister or the ruskin heights tornado) may 20th 1957
Ba'al is known as rider of the clouds
Hurricane Camille
New Orleans was NOT the hardest hit by Hurricane Katrina. The Mississippi Gulf Coast was. New Orleans just got all of the attention because it's a big city
The Texas flood of 2013 and the Hard freeze in 2020-2021
Hurricane Laura: h o l d m y b e e r
I love this video, thank you WATCHMOJO
Putting Katrina at #17 was clearly NOT there when it hit and during the aftermath!
Yo sandy was no joke
Try the blizzard of 1979, then we'll talk
Tri-State is only 20? wow. Katrina only 17? SMh.
Hey one thing you forgotten was Typhoon Tip
i live in atlanta & we had a few days off school bc of hurricane sandy. i havenโt seen that happen here since (we had a storm last october that probably wouldโve caused schools to close but everyone was already doing remote learning)
New Orleans was not the hardest hit by Katrina that would be other pleces such as Mississippi ,Alabama and Florida and some islands in the Carribbean .I love New Orleans myself but it's issues were from levee breaks and bad management afterwards not the hurricane directly .I wish people would stop saying this .I am not making light of the situation being a survivor of several floods ,hurricanes and tornadoes myself .I feel bad for anyone who goes through these things and understand completely their suffering .I am just sick of the media making it all about New Orleans when others suffered horribly also all over the Carribbean and USA .I find that totally disrespectful to those who lost everything including their lives .Maybe you should look at some footage of where it actually came ashore in Mississippi to get an idea of how destructive it was .Entire towns were taken out there .
No mention of Hurricane Andrew โฆ.. invalid list I say
Climate change is like hold my beer…๐บ
Poor Bangladesh. I remember reading that at one point, something like 9 of the 10 most severe natural disasters of the century hit Bangladesh.
