How do you not count the 90 days of little to no snow accumulation from mid December of 2016 – March of 2017? We had less than an inch of snow accumulation for about 90 days in the winter. That should be number 1, with ease.

I remember #3. I was driving around that night and none of my windows worked and the car's oil temp wouldn't go up to normal. Was around -30 F.
