Climate change question: is there any discussion and/or study going on that looks into the possible affects of ocean evaporation and where will oceanic water go if heated up? Most of what I've seen treats oceanic evaporation as if the earth will become arid and bone-dry. It would seem to me, a more likely scenario is a permanently overcast earth, especially when coupled with the future affects of hydrogen derived energy, the likely successor to fossil fuel derived energy.

The rise of carbon has caused alot of growth. The issues we are facing are solar flares and geomagnetic storms that are slamming our atmosphere.

I find it so unbelievably hard to take information as a "FACT" from people like this. This guy is so liberal and biased, how can he possibly be able to search and deliver "TRUTH" and "FACTS". it's impossible.

The fact that Exxon trusted their scientists, and that their only reaction was to put in place more ways to make profit, even though it meant increasing the speed of climate change, while doing everything they could to deny it, is very… typical. It does not mean that Exxon, specifically, are evil. It does mean that exon works as a capitalistic business. It is in the roots of capitalism to evolve around "how to make the biggest possible financial benefits". And that's why, as long we remain dependent of this kind of economic system, we won't be able to take decisions hard enough to confront the challenges we're facing. We're losing time, year after year. And that's the poorest, the weakest, individuals, those living in endangered areas, around the coasts, and so on, that will pay the price. Keep in mind that if rich businessmen are so much looking for technological solutions, it is because they are not Willing to evolve toward a sustainable, fairer and more stable political and economical system. So they basically are searching solutions… for them. That most of us will not be able to afford.

We need to find a way to create the conditions for the emergence of an economic and political system allowing sustainable development, democratic control over the businesses and institutions, international decisionsmaking, and meeting universal basic needs.

These are big challenges that we're facing, but our time is up. This is our only chance to be able to live rather than to survive, as a specie.

Climate change alarmism

The Feds May 1, 2022 at 12:46 pm

You lefties are such a fearful bunch that have been blinded by lies and it just makes me feel very sad for you. Living in your bubble of doom and gloom and crying on each other’s shoulders. Since the 70’s we have been told every 10 years we will be done for, yet here we are. Nothing has changed. Buy an island and go eat vegetables together and leave us alone. Oh dear, hahaa, buy an island, that is funny because if you did you would fear it sinking due to ocean levels

if you are not a scientist than you should not be the one to decide whether climate change exists or not

Not true oil companies did not discover climate change a Swedish scientist named svante Arrhenius did.

Anyone that says this hasn't even looked at the basic numbers. The warmest periods of Earths climate has always brought extreme wealth and prosperity. The arch enemies of Fascists and Tyrants. This is what the real Climatologists and historians from the IPCC have to say:

It was only a matter of time before a new glacial maximum set in and you can't stop the cosmic forces at play. Okay, good luck everybody.

There is no evidence that CO2 is the major contributor to warming and if you think that sea level rise of 0.2 mm per year is a problem then you may also think that a major flood in Australia that causes sea level to drop is a problem. If you go back to the 1930's CO2 was lower but temperature were higher and if you want truth go to news papers of the time, has anyone heard of the American dustbowl? What of this thing in the sky called the SUN? Does it contribute to the climate of the planet?
I think that the planet has climate cycles that are beyond the understanding or control of humans. That does not make me a climate denier, it means I am a climate realist. Have any of you noticed that none of the grave predictions of doom have come to pass, New York was supposed to be under water 30 years ago but is not. More CO2 means more plant growth and that is good for all concerned.

climate change is an issue not a emergency, i support slowly going green but i don’t support politicians saying that the world is going to be over in the next 10 years
