Plants making people crazy: It has been proposed that toxoplasmosis can cause schizophrenia. Toxoplasmosis is a parasite that infect warm-blooded animals and is often spread by cats.

Max Lewis October 20, 2021 at 8:11 pm

That’s all they talk about for “The Core” is the migratory pattern of birds? Could you not have talked about how impossible it is to travel to the core of the earth? Unless they already built the ship in real life

San Andreas holds the best CGI I've ever seen. However, there is one thing that makes me feel disappointed is that the movie uses the Richter Scale, which is absolutely obsolete in the real life, to measure large and devastating earthquakes instead of the Moment Magnitude Scale.
I believe that the director and the writer should have done more research or cooperated with seismologists to make their film more accurate.

What would be true if humans called scientists to fact-check? They'll all say lies and fiction. Fools. Movies are creations, so they're fiction. They put false settings to make the audience more interesting!

I hope that the day I couldn't find anything better than Sharknado to watch never happens! Actually, I'll give the movie industry time to catch up before I ever watch that movie!

MassacreStarts December 25, 2021 at 8:14 pm

I wonder what would happen if we replaced current politians with scientists.

You know that scene with the birds in Trafalgar Square in The Core, one the birds you see flying through the window is a fish. Little joke probably added post.

The closest thing you can get to a tsunami like that would be the tsunamis caused by the meteor that killed the dinosaurs.

Isaac Dupras February 2, 2022 at 5:49 am

the juxtaposition of sharknado (one of the most famously ridiculous and unrealistic movies of all time) between interstellar and perfect storm (both famously very scientifically accurate movies) is one of my favorite details about this video

R February 8, 2022 at 3:57 am

I love watching disaster movies and I feel bad for these people because they will never enjoy such movies as much as I/we do. They're too smart.
