There is one thing that I see you do that really bothers me though. I see you pull the gates out of the manure and bedding, then you put them in the feed trough. I would just avoid that to lower the chance of spreading parasites and causing more chance of passing anything that would increase still borns happening. Maybe you completely clean trough and we just don't see that part. Just an observation I have made when dismantling creep areas and jugs during lambing time.
