Hey! thanks for watching! My name is Mitch and I live in Central South Carolina. I started off mainly talking about weather specifically for South Carolina but have now expanded to the entire US. I am not a Meteorologist, I am just a guy that is passionate about weather, and that loves sharing what I know with others! I also love chasing extreme weather. I have a playlist on my channel with numerous chase videos.

Awesome coverage Mitch. Thank you for researching the entire US. Great to see not only where i live but also other places where family/friends live. Stay safe if ya go out storm chasing !!
If ya live or choose to live in South Carolina it’s likely to get away from the cold. Know that’s my reason. Don’t be expecting too much snow then will be pleasantly surprised if it arrives. ☺️
What I don't understand is the freezing rain in the western peidmont of Virginia. The same model run (Euro) showing the freezing rain also shows temperatures below freezing at the 850 down to Fredericksburg, VA.
So how does this cause melting at the mid levels?
At any rate, it looks to me that northern VA will have the cold air in place but if the latest GFS and Canadian end up right then we don't get much of anything on the east coast.
I guess this should be expected given the low skill of models over 5 days in advance.
I do agree that the Carolinas and Georgia are going to get the short end of the stick again, we might too if this system never phases.
To anyone who might read this, prayers would be appreciated as my vet thinks my dogs ate some toxic plant leaves and one dog isn’t doing so well tonight. Thank you so much for
No it use to snow in the foothills all the time when I was in school I am 60 now so that tells you something we never had a problem getting snow out of the mountains. I am telling you if NC is not all blue there is no snow outside of the mountains. It will warm up in Feb I bet you and that will be the end of winter with nothing but rain. I hope I am wrong but it has happened too many times in the last few yearss.
Mother Nature works in a mustering ways! You never rally can tell what she wants to bring us all! Thanks for the update Mitch! God bless brother!
7:30 pm eastern time Charleston Wv lots of rain and wind
Looks good a week away in WV. Really be something if it is still on track come Saturday. Time will tell. Thank You
Always watching!❤
How much snow do you think middle Tennessee is going to see?
You stated in your video the 540 line….can you explain what that is? Thanks! Great job you do each day.
That storms size is just absolutely insane
Hey Mitch, got about 1/2 a inch of snow at Signal Mtn, TN at 10:45 on Tuesday night. Around 30’degrees and 2000’ still snowing.
I dont like ryan hall that much with his goofy antics, and getting side tracked, comedian style,
however i like weatherman plus, hes no none sense, trust worth style, and no storm chasing, either.
Hi Mitch, I'm addicted to your channel. I'm up in So. Maine 13 miles from Portland on the east of Sebago lake. We rec'd 10 inches fluffy snow last storm, this one Boo Hoo. 4 maybe in. Of wet heavy and changed to rain at 11:15. Thank you for sharing your passion with us all.
👍🏻👀🌨️
Pouring the snow in Lake Junaluska and everything is white already
13:58 Hey Mitch! I live in north Georgia and It was snowing very light but snowing nonetheless ❄️❄️❄️😊😊
Hey Mitch! I just wanted to say that your videos helped me so much. I am an Uber driver in Charleston and your videos gave me some insight on how to prepare for this storm. It’s always scary when the models uptrend run after run! Too bad that doesn’t happen more often with snowstorms!
every time people see artic air it either gets pushed back or doesnt stay long
Roscoe, IL which is just north of Rockford, IL, got 2 inches of the 9 inches we were forecasted to get. For us the models were way off.
It sucks about the southeast not getting a big Snow
