This is true I saw lighting go up instead of coming down I didn’t record it because I didn’t have my iPad but yeah it was crazy

My dad got caught outside in quarter-sized hail when he was a kid. Fortunately, he was delivering newspapers, so he crouched down and held the bag of papers over himself as best as he could. He still got a few welts, but nothing serious.

You forgot to mention thundersnow, straight line winds that damaged buildings in Indianapolis, and also the polar vortex that consistently comes down between the great lakes and leaves Indiana at nearly -50°F with the wind chill.
