And in Liverpool, there's that thing. what's it called? it's like a chicken but with lips. what's it called? it's like a chicken but it's got lips. it's like mmm yeah, got lips. oh, it's a duck! yeah a duck!, yeah! there's going to be loads of ducks! π
As this has been brought up multiple times I feel compelled to respond. I apologize if I offended anyone for not being 100% thorough in the video description. Anyway I edited the description to make it clear that while the focus is on English accents there are examples of Welsh, Scottish and Irish as well. Thank you kindly for watching and best wishes to y'all !
Good but you missed South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, breathy north Wales, central Scotland, Nottingham, Brum, Derbyshire etc etc lancashire

Is Received Pronunciation the same as Posh the same as the BBC accent? Please set me straight on this as a Yank.

…some of these accents are on point. Some are not. Bristol one is…Nope.
Okay attempt at a Newcastle accent. Like a lot of people outside of the North East who try to imitate it though, they fail badly.
Is she using different accents
As someone who just moved to Southwest London, I can confirm this is 1000% true
Dublin isn't a British accent

Brilliant!
Geordie and Scouse are with out a doubt the weirdest accents in the UK ( and the hardest to mimic and impersonate! )π
