Ryan, you were pretty well on the button. Here in Johnstown, PA you had us on November 16th-December 1st 2022 for our first snowfall. Well, it began today, November 15th. Thanks for your accuracy. I am a transplanted Californian, and I was able to stock up on supplies before our winter snow began.

Boi November 16, 2022 at 1:25 am

You had me in dec 1 I live in Pennsylvania I just got 2 inches today!

Edtweet November 16, 2022 at 1:59 am

I live in Chicago, we just had snowfall this morning, and it was a bit measurable. So I think your prediction about Chicago is incorrect.

ShiftyM1 November 16, 2022 at 6:21 am

The first measurable snowfall in Chicago actually happened a few hours ago Nov. 15th.

I need someone with a trombone to play "waammp waaamp waaaaaamp"

However! Morgantown WV had the first measurable snowfall on exactly Nov 16th. Well done there!

Hector Luis November 20, 2022 at 4:10 am

I am beyond mind blown, today I view this video while he talks about exact first day of snow dates. The date for my area mentioned was Nov 16, I think about this while trying to remember this was 3 days ago and I confirmed we did have snow fall from the night of the 15 until Nov 16th morning. Then I get even more mind blown when I checked this video was made 3 months ago🤯

CabCar Productions November 20, 2022 at 8:49 pm

I’m in odessa Tx rite now and it’s showing

farmerchick November 26, 2022 at 2:38 am

I like the kind of snow that dusts everything and melts the next day. Snow seems especially hard to predict.. we've had times when they predicted a dusting and we got 6 inches and other times they predict a foot and it turns to rain. And we also get surprise snow falls that they never even predicted. New England weather is wild.

Oops, we already had snow in mid-November here in western Indiana. That's the beauty of weather. It can't be perfectly predicted. I really enjoy your videos, Ryan.

Hopefully I see snow in central Texas because I ordered a yellow meter and I don’t want to wait to use it until next year I want to use it this year please God snow coming to Central Texas just don’t make a power outage

Lilith Brantley December 1, 2022 at 1:31 pm

My part of Kansas had our first snow a few weeks ago. It was light because we don't normally have snow until December.

Flora Ledet December 1, 2022 at 11:27 pm

My kids were so excited when we moved to Mississippi thinking they would finally get to experience snow because my mom was getting snow for three years in a row and we moved here to Summit Mississippi and have not seen a drop of snow yet we had 3 inches of thick slab of ice but not a drop of flurry or snow but it would be nice to get some

Joshua Langdon December 2, 2022 at 3:53 pm

we had snow a week before Thanksgiving in W. Michigan (measurable amount).

Peter Campbell December 2, 2022 at 7:23 pm

Sorry to inform you that we in southern New Hampshire have yet to see any accumulative white frozen water in the late fall of 2022.
I am personally homeless, and I am mostly thankful that thar cold hearted witch, Mother Nature, has not yet settled over the greater new england region. Our soil is now frozen to about 3-6", but as ive seen up here, the ground needs to be frozen 10-12" down in order for snow to accumulate for any perood of time. Thus far, weve seen a total of 3" temporarily covering our ground, away from the rivers and lakes.

Miraak December 3, 2022 at 2:31 am

We live 40 miles west of Philly and have yet to see a flake.

Hey just wanted to let you know, first snow for us in Poulsbo WA(PNW) was Nov 29th! We got 7 inches and on Dec 2nd we got another 5 inches! To put that into perspective, we normally don’t get it our first snow until Jan 1st.

Grayln December 5, 2022 at 9:02 am

Umm Ryan Hall, I'm in Chicago and today is December 5th, it is not snowing and will not snow today! According to your directions I disliked the video, lol!

CT is getting out first snow tonight. Your prediction was wrong hahha

Southern Gypsy December 11, 2022 at 3:53 pm

We always judge the amount of snow we're going to get by the squirrels…. If the squirrels bury their acorns…the snowfall will be average… If the squirrels keep their acorns piled in the tree's…. we're getting a lot of snow.

Southern Gypsy December 11, 2022 at 3:55 pm

We're in the Dec 1-15 section, but close to the line of Dec 1-15 and Dec 15-30…still no snow so…We shall wait.

Peter Foster December 11, 2022 at 4:27 pm

I'm in Kentucky, so after seeing this, I AM SCARED!!! I DO NOT, like snow, and My Mother says we get mild snows, but I've never lived in other state, so the snow in KY is a HUGE DREAD FOR ME! I'm always sick, and feeling bad in the winter, because of my many health conditions. I'M SCARED! Of course I'm scared every winter. But I almost died last winter, so there ya go! I shouldn't have listened to this video!

Rock Steady December 12, 2022 at 5:28 am

This was completely wrong. None of it was right, none of it.

Sandra Cartica December 13, 2022 at 10:57 pm
