Last clip. I'm guessing that it's one of the college all star game versus the NFL in the mid '70's.
The football Club World Cup in 2015 had a game of Cruz Azul vs Western Sydney that took place in a torrential downpour, the game would have got called off but the scheduling and the unusual nature of the tournament (it's between regional club tournament winners) meant it had to continue. It doesn't look that bad on the replay but it was pouring with rain the whole time and the pitch was so wet that it became hard to do anything with the ball. Plus the ref was shockingly bad and ruined the game on top of it.

Just a historical note on the last clip. That was in 1976 when the Steelers who won SB X the season before, played a team of “college all stars” (actually a team made up of players just entering the NFL that year), a game played annually between the NFL champions and the all stars, which dated back to 1934. This edition was called at this point, and this turned out to be the final game of the series, as it hasn’t been played since.
I remember almost watching the game between Seahawks @ kc was at a truck stop lounge 5" of rain!
What was the last game shown? I've never seen rain that heavy.
