You can get quite a bit of material under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) even copies of cafeteria menus and complaints sent in regarding the food.

 DOC Cafeteria Complaints, Calendar Years 2014-2015 [4 Pages, 1.7MB] – Pretty long and detailed complaint because he felt he overpaid by… 47 cents! (Wonder how much taxpayers paid to pay this worker, to write this letter?)
