Just found your channel….and by the looks of it, you may be able to see it. But that one storm showing up before Xmas might become a northeastern type
I live at about 8,300 feet in the Colorado Rockies looking over the San Luis Valley. I went out to have a smoke at about 4 am Wednesday morning. I've never seen clouds move so fast. It was like real time time lapse, but faster than most time lapses. Woke up with more snow on our covered door than on the ground.
China controls weather actively and is hell bent on destroying America within. Look at Texas.
Worried about you if you get too much exposure. Saying prayers thanks for your proactive approach of helping and keeping us aware.
Really enjoyed your forecast! My husband was a "weather nerd" (to steal your description)…he would have loved watching, but unfortunately the big weatherman in the sky called him Home, so he's enjoying a totally different perspective and I hope he's enjoying it! I keep trying to tell people we are living in the end times the apocalypse is now the Antichrist is alive now. Oh and global warming is happening because of people 60 years ago blowing up nuclear weapons the water is rising not a bunch of land but vast amounts of land will be underwater the pushing from the water will cause the mega volcanos that are way past due to blow up

Ah. Yes, we did indeed have an outbreak of severe thunderstorms on the border between Nebraska and Iowa. And it was much bigger and more severe than that radar is showing. It covered the length of the state from north to south by the time I took shelter (I'm in Central Iowa), although it was moving in a general northeast direction (more east than north).
We got a lot of very cold, very strong winds behind it. The wind just roared the entire night and we still got plenty of wind roaring all the next day, although it was no longer constant by then.
5:57 Yeah… about that. We hit 72F just before the storm rolled through. Ahem.
8:14 Yeah, no. Well, yes there too. But the tornadoes first started forming right inside the western Iowa border. Oof.

What about snownadoes?
Over Christmas weekend, I drove through central New York State to visit family for the holiday. On the way home, the thermometer in the car that detects the temperature of the road surface was reading 34. And there was freezing fog blowing across the road – and a fraction of a degree colder on the surface would turn that freezing fog into black ice in a fraction of a second. But we got past that, and made it home safely. Now, here in the NY City metropolitan area, they're predicting more winter weather this coming weekend. I hope it doesn't hit Boston too hard – I have a friend there who has to walk from public transit to her job, and she hates walking in the snow (she grew up in a warmer climate)
