Ok I did a deep 3rd eye meditation. Later in the day I took a nap. Well I had 3 experiences with alternate realities. Too long a story to go on here but it was intense. It’s been a hour since the experience and my head is still buzzing.

My headaches began in the 90's – I had begun to see people walking around in my apartment. The best description for them was: (Smoke People) because they seemed to be covered in smoke. It stopped after I began taking medication because of the migraine headaches. Not sure if the eyes closed for a few years. Then in (2020) it seems as if I am able to hear people speak their (Evil Thoughts) when they are around me. It doesn't feel so good – when these thoughts come from family. I have simply ignored what they say – be it sometimes made me feel sad. I have been praying for (MANY YEARS) for these people's deliverance; simply because they are my (Family / Kin Folk / Karmic's.) For those who don't understand the word (Karmics) these are people who had a problem with you in your last life; and reincarnated in this life to make you miserable. They will purposely do things to ensure your unhappiness & never wish you well. (These are the one's who stab you in the back & smile in your face). They even sit at your dining table with you.

Searched for this after waking up from an experinece; vibrating, geometrics, literally seeing one eye on my forehead (the give away and clue to what I should investigate), trying but failing to wake up, seeing numerous events almost as if I was there. eventually woke up with heart beating hard and fast and sweating. I thought it would be the first sign my third eye is opening but based on this it's been opened for a long time now.

It was forced open by these demonic negative beings, I feel anger when it activates and it hurts alot. It feel hot and It moves around frantically and it only activates during stressful situation and spiritual beings are near.

I believe there's darker side of the third eye.
With extreme anger held for as long as three years or longer, and when you let most of it out in an argument, you would gain more anger than losing it. This much anger will open a passageway for a monster, it controls ~25% of your mind.
When you find the right music, thinking about all of the moments that made you angry, you would eventually skip all stages and go straight for the third eye. You picture the third eye opening inside your head, a beam of light goes forward and splits into two, it goes around to the back of your brain, connecting to the part of the brain that contains your soul, then it travels between the brain and into the back of the third eye, while going to the back of the third eye, you see a flash of light and random things coming out of it, the back of your brain starts to tingle intensively, your body shakes intensively, you look up, you don't see visuals; you see things that are more organized.
The tingly feeling in your brain will start to feel like it's going to kill you if you reach for the limit, you panic and stop—no matter how much you don't care about anything, even with all this anger, it somehow scares you… You're surprised, confused and curios, you don't know anything about these stuff, you weren't aware it was a spiritual event, you become emotionless for a while.
This anger makes you concentrate better—though it blocks all good energy.
Without knowing it, it creates a small soul for the monster inside your mind, and the soul gets bigger and bigger after multiple spiritual events. You don't feel human.
one night, you do it again, you wear your headphones and turn on your music, this time it's more intense than usual, I call this feeling "beyond", you feel like a god, it's like you can break laws of physics just with your mind. The tingle is more intense yet you can handle it, the shaking is more intense. You see so many events of your life, even the ones you've forgotten, you also see random things—you're seeing millions of things every 0.1 seconds, you feel yourself dying again as usual, you quickly stop the music and take off your headset, you're exhausted, heavy breathing and feeling very tired, you fall asleep easily than usual.
You wake up with energy but the first thing you notice is that you can feel your soul—well—half of your soul, it feels odd, the other half feels similar, filled with negativity and you also feel something unexplainable and strange about it.
The monster wants full control yet you don't even fight back. Every 30 minutes you switch personality, there are 3 main (monster, you, emotionless), 5 semi-main (happy, crazy, sad…. Sorry, I can't remember it very well), sometimes you mix it up a little.
After more events, you get more answers, this monster has the ability to go to multiple realities.
You get a new strong feeling not to do something dumb like telling your therapist about it, you tell them anyway, they ask more questions and you become emotional and confused as well, you try your best to explain what you're feeling but you don't tell them more than 1% of what you're experiencing, though 1% feels like too much. After 30 minutes you want to leave, you're silent.
Fast forward to a year, seems like you get into less arguments, nothing makes you angrier than the people you argue with (Aka parents). Less arguments=less anger, less anger=starving monster. The monster will turn from red to gray after about 3 months. The more you tell people about what you're experiencing, it makes you a bit crazier.

There's a lot of emotions; but deeper down, where there's an ending, you are beyond the limit, it might be different for others but what I saw was darkness, black floor with a thin layer of water that acts like a mirror, in the sky was darkness but one day there are bright things slowly floating up to the sky, you think to yourself "are there others like me? Are those souls that are recovering?"
