2:39 people saying they had no options don’t realized the danger they put themselves in being under that during a downburst which makes tornadic winds. May 3rd 1999 should the consequences towards doing this type of thing. Now had any large debris been around, it would have shot through there on them. Just because it’s you’re only option doesn’t make it the best one.
As a Pennsylvanian i can say that there some people who get a tornado every 5 years but i can't say the same for others i wasn't expecting 9 tornadoes in my city back in 2021

Wind doesn't exist. The existance of wind is made up by humans as a lazy excuse. If you're too late, its the storm's fault. If you performed bad as a cyclist, the wind was against you. If a building is built poorly and collapses, there was a tornado nearby. Its just nonsense and trying to avoid talking about the real reasons something happend. And because enough people used this excuse on a regular basis, it became accepted reality, though never the truth.
