They sit and get greedy and fat off the people in these cities. And it starts with education if someone doesn't have education then they are more likely to wind up in jail which they get millions for. Its a vicious cycle. I'd always vote against the mayor where ai lived but people kept buying his BS.

I loved growing up in North Central NJ. Took the train into the city every weekend….this was in 1999. Things have changed apparently. Glad I experienced the niceness of NYC. I now live in San Diego…not much better here.
